Mussels cream soup

Ingredients
300 g
mussels
20 g
butter
one onion
Garlic Cloves (crushed)
200 ml
white wine
thyme
fennel
150 ml
cream
salt and pepper
Method:
Melt butter in pot. Fry onions and garlic till soft and see through. Add wine to laurel leaf and thyme and bring to boil. Add mussels, cover and cook for 3 min. Remove mussels and keep warm. Bring fluids to a boil and cook for 2 min. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place mussels in bowl and cover with sauce.
