Lamb kebabs in yoghurt marinade

Preparation time: 35

Cooking time: 20

Method:
1. Place the lamb in a large dish.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients through, except for the salt and pepper.
3. Pour the marinade over the meat and mix well.
4. Cover the dish with clingwrap and allow to marinade (preferably overnight) in the fridge.
5. Once the meat is well-marinade, slice onto kebab sticks.
6. Place the kebabs on the coles when ready, not too hot.
7. Constantly turn the kebabs and continously apply marinade.
8. Preferably, the meat should still be pink. The best way to make sure that your meat is ready, is to taste it.
