Chicken pie with potatoes

Preparation time: 45

Cooking time: 30

Ingredients
One cooked chicken
3 garlic cloves (minced)
6 leeks cut into thick pieces
250 ml cream
4 small potatoes (cooked without skin)
pastry dough (one sheet)

Method:
Debone chicken. Melt butter in a pan and fry with garlic and leeks till soft. Mix this with potatoes in a mixing bowl. Flavour with salt and pepper. Place pastry dough in greased baking tray, spread with egg mixture. Stack chicken mixture in middle of dough leave a 4cm edge open. Fold the 4cm piece of dough around the chicken and cover the dough with egg mixture. Place in hot oven for 45 min at 200 degrees C till dough is done and brown. Garnish with rosemary.
