Ingredients
One cooked chicken
olive oil
250 g
bacon cut into slithers
10
shallots
2
garlic cloves
500 ml
red wine
250 g
mushrooms
one laurel
Method:
Cut chicken into portions. Heat the olive oil and butter in oven tray. Fry bacon and shallots till brown. Add garlic and fry for 3 min. Place chicken and the rest of ingredients in tray and flavour with salt and pepper. Slow cook in oven at 180 degrees C for 45 min.
