Chicken liver bruschetta

Ingredients
500 g
chicken livers
olive oil
12
rosa tomatoes
rocket (two handfulls)
ciabatta bread
Method:
Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in pan. Place tomatoes in a baking tray and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake tomatoes for 8-10 min at 180 degrees C until skin softens. Grill chicken livers in pan add salt and pepper to taste. Take two slices of roasted ciabatta for each and place rocket on top. Separate chicken livers on the bread and place tomato on top.
