French toast with an English twist

Ingredients

English muffins
4
eggs
salt and black pepper
4 tbsp
butter
250 g
bacon
honey
Method:
Buy English muffin and cut in half. Mix egg and milk and flavour with salt and black pepper. Melt butter in a pan, dip muffins in egg mixture and place in pan. Toast muffins on both sides till nice and toasted. Frill bacon in oven till crispy. Then stack muffins, place bacon on top and drench with honey.
