Cheese muffins

Cooking time: 20

Ingredients
240 g Self raising flour
3 ml Salt
225 ml Milk
50 ml Mleted butter
250 g Strong cheddar cheese (grated)

Method:
Place flour, salt and baking powder in mixing bowl. Mix egg and milk together. Melt butter in microwave and measure correct amount. Mix the egg and milk mixture with melted butter and flour. Don't over mix. Add grated cheese and mix through. Place in muffin baking tray and bake for 15-20min in the middle oven rack on a preheated temperature of 200 degree celsius. Serve with butter and your favourite jam.
