Cheese and onion tart
Ingredients
400 g
dough (prepared)
1
egg (beaten)
olive oil
5
red onions (halved, and cut into slices)
1
camembert cheese (cut into pieces)
1
chevin cheese (cut in slices)
freshly ground black pepper
1
basil (handful)
10
black olives,
Method:
Place the dough on a greased baking tray.
Coat the dough with the beaten egg.
Place the dough in the oven warmed to 200 degrees c for 30 minutes until nice and brown.
In the meanwhile heat a bit of olive oil in a pan and fry the onion slices until brown.
When the dough is cooked sufficiently, take it out the oven and place the onions on the top.
Lower the oven temperature to 180 degrees c.
Arrange the 3 different cheeses on top of the onions and drizzle with olive oil.
Add black pepper and sprinkle the basil on top.
Add some more olive oil and and place in the oven.
Bake the tart for 20 minutes so that the cheese melts.
