Delicious roast potatoes

Ingredients
12 potatoes (peeled)
1 tsp salt
250 ml sunflower oil
salt (to taste)

Method:

Peel the potatoes.

Place in a saucepan with cold water and bring to the boil.

Add a teaspoon of salt and let it cook slowly for 5 minutes.

Drain and prik the potatoes with a fork.

Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees c.

Pour the oil into a large baking dish.
Place the baking dish into the oven so that the oil warms.

Place the the potatoes in the oil and make sure the potatoes are covered by the oil.

Put in the oven and roast each side for 30 minutes until brown.

Decrease the heat and let roast for another 30 minutes.

Take the potatoes out and drain them of oil (with roller towel) and season with salt.
