Add the salt and castor sugar and then the egg mixture.

Cover with plastic and put in the fridge for an hour.

Roll the dough out onto a flat,flour-covered surface.

Bake circles out of the dough a bit bigger than the tart cups and then take the tart cups out.

Spray the dough tart cups with Spray and Cook and coat with melted butter.

Put waxpaper on top of the dough and bake for 12 minutes at 200 degrees c.

Peel and cut the appels.

In the meanwhile prepare the mixture that will cover the tarts.
