Thaise steurgarnaal-rooikerrie

Ingredients
25 ml sonneblomolie
30 ml rooikerriepasta
15 ml gerasperde vars gemmer
500 ml klapper-melk of klapperroom
1 groot eiervrug, in blokkies gesny
30 ml suiker
60 ml vissous
600 ml steur-garnale, dop verwyder
2 rooi brandrissies, gehalveer

Method:
Verhit die sonneblomolie in 'n kastrol en voeg die rooikerriepasta en gemmer by. Voeg die klappermelk by en bring tot kookpunt. Verlaag die hitte en voeg die eiervrug-blokkies by. Kook vir 'n paar minute en voeg die suiker en vissous by. Voeg die steurgarnale by en kook vir 5 minute. Wanneer die steurgarnale pienk word, is hulle gaar. Voeg die brandrissies by.
