Thai pesto

Ingredients
500 ml
basil
500 ml
coriander, including stalks
10 ml
fresh garlic
5 ml
fresh ginger
3
red chillies
65 ml
pine nuts
65 ml
grated Parmesan cheese
65 ml
olive oil
Method:
Place all the ingredients, except the olive oil, in a food processor.
With the food processor running, add the olive oil in a thin, steady stream until you have a rich, smooth pesto sauce.
Serve on fresh bread.
