Chocolate ginger litchis
Ingredients
565 g
canned or fresh litchis
50 g
preserved ginger, cut into chunks, or maraschino cherries
200 g
dark chocolate and almond slivers to decorate
Method:
Grease and line a baking tray.
Drain the litchis well and fill each with a small pieces of ginger or a maraschino cherry.
Melt the chocolate and dip in the litchis one at a time.
Lift carefully with two forks to drain excess chocolate.
Place on the prepared baking tray and decorate with an almond sliver.
Chill to set.
