Pizza with shrimps and artichokes
Ingredients

large readymade pizza base
30 ml
tomato purée (optional)
250 g
frozen shrimps
410 g
artichokes, drained
30 ml
capers, drained
fresh basil
Method:
Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.
Spread the pizza base with the tomato purée (if using) and arrange the shrimps, artichoke hearts, capers and basil on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the base is crisp and baked through.
