Baked hot chocolate with ice cream
Ingredients

packet ready-prepared chocolate cake mixture
2
large bars Toblerone chocolate, melted
8
scoops good quality chocolate ice cream
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Prepare the cake mixture as directed on the packet. Spoon the mixture into 8 greased ramekins.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked.
Serve hot and top with a ball of ice cream and drizzle with loads of chocolate sauce.
