Apricot mousse
Ingredients
20
marshmallows
250 ml
apricot juice
15 ml
lemon juice
155 g
cream
410 g
Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk, well chilled
Method:
Melt marshmallows with apricot juice and lemon juice. Add cream and fold into well chilled evaporated milk that has been whipped until stiff. Pour into individual dishes and serve well chilled.
