Muisbos sauce for snoek
Ingredients
2
medium onions
8
cloves garlic, crushed
6 ml
Tabasco sauce
5 ml
black pepper
15 ml
Fondor
500 ml
mayonnaise
375 ml
peach chutney
75 ml
sweet sherry
snoek
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients except snoek in a blender until well combined.
2. Place a layer of cooked snoek in an ovenproof dish and spoon one dessertspoon of the sauce over each piece. Place under grill until golden.
