Quick pepper burgers

Ingredients
1 onion, finely chopped
olive oil
500 g lean mince
1 packet instant pepper sauce
60 ml fresh breadcrumbs
5 ml salt
30 ml chopped fresh parsley
1 packet instant mushroom sauce

Method:
1. Fry the onion in a little oil, cool slightly and mix with all the remaining ingredients, except the mushroom sauce. 2. Shape into burger patties and fry over medium heat or grill over hot coals. 3. Serve with mushroom sauce made according to the packet instructions.
