Mint and malt shakes
Ingredients
650 ml
mint ice cream
650 ml
vanilla ice cream
125 ml
Horlicks
honeycomb crunch sweet, crumbled, to serve
Method:
Beat mint ice cream to a thick pouring consistency (not thin and runny) in a blender or processor. Divide between 4 tumblers.
Blend vanilla ice cream and Horlicks to the same consistency. Pour on top of mint ice cream.
Sprinkle generously with crumbled honeycomb sweet and serve with a straw and spoon.
