Fruit sushi
Ingredients
200 g
short-grain rice, cooked according to packet instructions
sliced fruit of your choice
Method:
Have a bowl of water ready to keep your hands slightly wet while working with rice.
Shape a small handful of rice at a time into a log shape, slightly flattened on top to hold fruit.
Decorate sushi with your choice of sliced fruit (we chose papino and redcurrants) and serve with chopsticks.
