Cointreau sunsets
Ingredients
crushed ice
1
small nectarine, quartered
2
granadillas, pulp
120 ml
Cointreau or other citrus-flavoured liqueur
Grenadine to taste
400 ml
freshly squeezed orange juice
Angostura bitters to taste
Method:
Fill 4 glasses with ice. Add a slice of nectarine and pulp of half a granadilla to each. Add 30 ml (2 tbsp) liqueur and a dash of grenadine to each and fill up carefully with orange juice. Add a dash of bitters.
Serves 4.
