Chilli beef and cheese burgers with chilli potato wedges

Ingredients
750 g
minced beef
2
cloves garlic, crushed
30 ml
chilli sauce
3
spring onions, finely chopped
45 ml
chopped fresh coriander
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
50 g
mozzarella cheese, quartered
oil for brushing

hamburger rolls
CHILLI POTATO WEDGES
4
potatoes of equal size, washed
60 ml
olive oil
2 ml
salt
5 ml
chilli powder
250 ml
sour cream for serving
Method:
Preheat grill. Mix mince, garlic, chilli sauce, spring onions, coriander, salt and pepper in a large bowl until it holds together. Divide into 4 equal portions. Shape around the pieces of cheese and flatten slightly to form thick burger patties. Brush with a little oil and grill, turning once, for 5-7 minutes, or until done to your liking. Serve on rolls with chilli potato wedges.
CHILLI POTATO WEDGES
Preheat oven to 220 ºC. Place potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each, in a large bowl. Add oil, salt and chilli powder and toss until evenly coated. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until crisp and golden. Cool slightly and serve with sour cream.
