Deep-fried fondue
Ingredients
canola or sunflower oil, heated
750 g
mixed fresh vegetables, cut into bite-size pieces
1 kg
(in total) chicken, beef, fish and sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
Method:
Carefully pour heated oil into a fondue pot and place on a burner. Arrange bowls of vegetables and meats around the table for guests to help themselves. Serve with lots of dips and breads.
Serves 4.
