Lazy housewife 's cake

Ingredients
BATTER
120 g margarine, melted
2 eggs
140 g cake flour
40 g cocoa
125 ml milk
140 g castor sugar
pinch of salt
10 ml baking powder
5 ml vanilla essence
DECORATION
200 g milk chocolate
toasted almond flakes

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Grease a 22 cm diameter circular baking tin with margarine. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir with a spoon for three minutes or beat with an electric mixer for one minute. Pour into the prepared baking tin and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Melt the chocolate and pour over the cake. Sprinkle the almond flakes on top. Makes about 15 slices.
