Honey mustard basting sauce

Ingredients
125 ml honey
15 ml mustard powder
30 ml whole grain mustard
1 lemon, juice
salt and milled black pepper

Method:
Mix all ingredients well. Use liberally during cooking, and baste food lightly as soon as it is removed from the heat.
