Avocado and salmon crêpes
Ingredients
6
crêpes
sour cream, lemon juice, black pepper and dill for serving
FILLING
3
avocados, diced
1
bunches spring onions, chopped
1
bunch fresh dill, chopped
500 g
cream cheese
300 g
smoked trout or smoked angelfish
1
lemon, juice
dash cayenne pepper
Method:
FILLING: Mix ingredients together lightly and set aside.
Place a crêpe on a serving platter and spread liberally with fish mixture. Continue layering crêpes and filling, ending with a crêpe.
Chill for 15 minutes, then slice and serve with sour cream flavoured with a little lemon juice, black pepper and dill.
