Melon sushi with honey dipping sauce
Ingredients
1
winter melon, peeled and seeded
1
spanspek, peeled and seeded
1
pineapple, peeled
150 ml
honey
30 ml
lemon juice
Method:
Cut melons into thin pieces lengthways and trim sides and ends. Roll up melon pieces and secure with a toothpick.
Cut pineapple into matchsticks, place a few in centre of melon rounds. Mix honey and lemon juice and serve as a dipping sauce with melon sushi.
