Sushi
Ingredients
4
small balls readymade sushi rice
4
cubes avocado pear
4
strips nori (seaweed)
160 g
fresh tuna or salmon, sliced very thinly
wasabi paste
strips of daikon (white radish)
20 ml
black caviar
Method:
Make a small indentation in base of each sushi ball and place a piece of avo inside.
Drape a nori strip (each 3 cm wide and 10 cm long) over each rice ball.
Rub 1 side of fish strips (each 3 cm wide) with wasabi paste and place over sushi on a bed of daikon strips. Top with caviar.
