Naughty cookies

Preparation time: 15 min

Cooking time: 10-12 min

Ingredients
200 g butter, cut into pieces
50 g castor sugar
75 g brown sugar
10 ml vanilla essence
1 large egg, beaten
275 g cake flour
60 ml cocoa
10 ml baking powder
200 g white Nestlé EasyMelt Chocolate, roughly broken

Method:
Preheat oven to 200 ºC. Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place spoonfuls of mixture on to the trays, allowing space for spreading. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until browned. Makes 20.
