Muesli biscuits

Ingredients
250 ml
muesli
250 ml
coconut
250 ml
oats
150 ml
self-raising flour
110 ml
soft brown sugar
75 ml
sesame seeds
15 ml
honey
1
extra-large egg, beaten
200 ml
butter, melted
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and lightly grease a few baking sheets with butter or margarine, or spray with non-stick spray. Mix the muesli, coconut, oats, self-raising flour, brown sugar and sesame seeds together in a large mixing bowl. Add the honey, egg and melted butter and mix well. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving a 5 cm space between each biscuit. Bake for 7-10 minutes until pale brown. Cool on the baking sheets, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight containers.
Makes about 100 biscuits.
