Rippen raspberry smoothie
Ingredients
75 ml
natural apple juice
100 ml
fresh raspberries or any dark berries in season
150 ml
strawberries, sliced
1
banana, sliced
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Pour into a cold glass, garnish with a mint leaf if desired and serve immediately.
Makes a large shake.
