natural salt substitute such as Herbamare to taste
DRESSING 1

olive oil
45 ml
fresh orange juice
45 ml
fresh lemon juice

cloves garlic, crushed
natural salt alternative and pepper
DRESSING 2
250 ml
tomato juice
0.50
red onion, finely chopped
15 ml
each chives, basil and parsley
30 ml
lemon juice
2
cloves garlic, crushed
natural salt substitute and milled pepper
Method:
Toss and dress with one of the dressing options, for which you have mixed together all the ingredients.
