Raw food salad

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
2 large beetroots, cut into matchsticks
2 large carrots, cut into matchsticks
6 radishes, thinly sliced
0.50 cucumber, cut into chunks
125 ml sprouts of your choice
4 x 250 ml
250 ml mushrooms, sliced
1 handful Italian parsley, chopped
1 handful basil leaves
natural salt substitute such as Herbamare to taste
DRESSING 1
15 ml olive oil
45 ml fresh orange juice
45 ml fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
natural salt alternative and pepper
DRESSING 2
250 ml tomato juice
0.50 red onion, finely chopped
15 ml each chives, basil and parsley
30 ml lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
natural salt substitute and milled pepper

Method:
Toss and dress with one of the dressing options, for which you have mixed together all the ingredients.
