Mushroom boerewors on chakalaka

Ingredients
1.50 kg beef cubed
1 kg button mushrooms, sautéed
500 g spek fat, diced
15 ml salt
5 ml freshly ground black pepper
5 ml ground coriander
2 ml freshly grated nutmeg
5 ml powdered mushrooms
2 ml ground cloves
2 ml ground dried thyme
2 ml ground allspice
125 ml red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic,crushed
65 ml worcestershire sauce
85 g sausage casings

Method:
Mix beef with all ingredients except the sausage casings.
Place in a mincer and grind using a medium-coarse grinding plate.
Fill the sausage casings firmly but not too tightly with the meat mixture.
Grill or fry wors to your liking and serve on fresh chakalaka.
