Low-fat parsnip chips
Ingredients
4
parsnips
olive oil spray
salt
Method:
Use a potato peeler to strip parsnips into long strands, spray with a little olive oil and bake at 120 °C, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle with salt and serve. (A fan oven will speed up proceedings, but is not essential.)
