Sweet and spicy chips

Ingredients
4 medium sweet potatoes
30 ml olive oil
15 ml paprika
15 ml black pepper

Method:
Cut the potatoes lengthwise into 1.5 cm-thick slices.
Dump the slices and remaining ingredients into a large resealable bag and shake until the slices are well coated.
Drain the excess oil from the bag and spread the chips in a single layer on a baking tray.
Grill for approximately five minutes, flip your chips and continue grilling until golden brown.
