Pawpaw mocktail

Ingredients
300 g pawpaw, peeled, seeded and chopped
30 ml lime juice
4 scoops lemon sorbet

Method:
Whizz all the ingredients, except 2 scoops of sorbet, in a blender.
Pour mixture into 2 tumblers and top each with a scoop of sorbet.
