Grape pavlovas
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
125 ml
double thick cream
250 g
cream cheese
10 ml
icing sugar
6
readymade meringue baskets
500 ml
red or green seedless grapes
60 ml
apricot jam
Method:
Mix the cream, cream cheese and icing sugar together.
Divide the mixture between the meringues.
Cut the grapes in half and spoon them onto the filling.
Put the jam and 15 ml water into a small jug or dish and heat in the microwave until melted.
Stir well and spoon over the grapes.
Chill until cool, then serve.
