 Kumquat
The smallest of all citrus fruits, originally from China, kumquats are oval in shape, fairly hard and were grown as ornamental tub plants in the Northern US. Unlike other citrus fruits, kumquats have a sweet, edible rind. They're low in calories and carbohydrates, contain no fat and are rich in potassium and Vitamin C.
