3 1/2 cups butternut
250ml cream
250ml milk
250ml flour
200ml sugar
2 eggs beaten
10ml baking powder
5ml salt
30ml butter melted (3 tsps)
5ml vanilla
Boil butternut but not too soft and mash well. Add rest of the ingredients and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cover and bake at 180C for 1 hour. - Diane Shuman
