5 cups cooked stamp wheat
3 cups chopped peaches
3 cups pine chunks
1 heaped tbsp chopped onion
2 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 green pepper chopped
salt to taste
Dressing:
1/2 cup suflower oil
2ml curry powder
5ml soya sauce
12.5ml honey
15ml lemon juice
Mix dressing and pour over salad ingredients and mix well.
