chillies, fresh or dry
chicken stock
butter or olive oil
cream or creme fraiche
Fry up onions, garlic and chillies until soft. Use butter or olive oil. Add tin tomatoes (sometimes if I have fresh ones that are going rotten I freeze them and use in this soup) and some chicken stock. Use a blender to make it smooth. Serve with a dollop of creamed cheese or add some cream if you like a richer soup. Very yummy with croutons or garlic bread. - Les Tucker
