- butternut
500g butternut
1 packet Royco/Knorr Chilli and Beef soup
850ml water
125ml cream (optional)
Cook butternut, till done. Mash butternut. Keep aside. Mix water and soup mixture and cook for 8 minutes. When cooked, add the mashed butternut. Cook thoroughly for a few minutes. Add cream just before serving. - Carlene Joubert
