green, red or yellow peppers

Cook lentils according to instructions, chop onion, not too fine. Cut peppers length-wise and fry in a little bit of oil. Fry until nice and soft but not too soft and remove them from the pan. Then fry shredded cabbage until cooked. Add lentils and fry for 2 to 3 minutes and remove from heat. Let it cool then add the peppers and the sauce and serve as salad or with fish and enjoy! - Tshidi
