- Chicken or polony
few slices bread (crust removed)
chicken/polony or filling of your choice
tomato sauce
little water for sticking edges
egg
flour
bread crumbs
Remove crust from bread. Roll bread out until thin (1/2cm ). Spread tomato sauce over bread. Add filling and seal edges with a bit of water. Cut out into squares. Dip in egg, flour and bread crumbs and store in a container and refrigerate. Deep fry when needed and surprise your kids with different tastes.
