500g Fattis and Monis macaroni
1 litre water
2 tbsp olive oil
500g grated gouda cheese
500g back bacon
1 packet catering mushrooms
200g feta cheese (crumbled)
2 packets Ina Paarman's Lemon & Herb Sauce
3 red tomatoes, sliced
2 packets Knorr Traditional White Sauce
Bring water to boil, add 0.5 tsp salt and 0.5tsp olive oil. Cook pasta until soft, strain and set aside.
Chop the bacon in to even bits and pieces, and fry in a pan. Roughly chop the mushroom and fry in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. Take a large baking dish and place all the cooked ingredients inside. Add the cooked mushrooms and bacon. Add pepper/spices to taste. Mix all these ingredients and add some of the cheddar. Add the white sauce and the lemon and herb sauce. Mix well. Cover the dish with the rest of the cheddar. Add the tomato slices evenly, making "portions". Sprinkle the crumbled feta over evenly. Place the dish in preheated oven(200C) and bake untill the cheese melts and the feta turns light brown. Let it cool down for 10 minutes. Serve with a green salad. Serves 6 to 8. - Wayna
