tennis or marie biscuits
2 tbsp butter
1 litre granadilla yoghurt
80g granadilla jelly
397g can condensed milk
hot water about 1/2 cup
Crush Biscuits, place in glass in a deep oval baking dish and mix in butter. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool. Mix jelly with water and let it cool. Don't let it set and don't put it in the fridge. Mix yoghurt with condensed milk and cold jelly. Mix everything well and pour the mixture on top of the biscuits in the baking dish, level them well and put in the freezer until set. Serve with cold custard. - Motshabi
