Whole wheat scones

Main Ingredient - Nutty wheat, cake flour

Ingredients
1 cup nutty wheat
1 cup cake flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika powder
pinch red pepper or more to taste
1 egg
1/3 cup olive oil
milk

Method
Sieve cakeflour and baking powder. Add salt, spices and nutty wheat. Put unbeaten egg in cup with oil, fill up with milk (do not beat!). Add unbeaten egg mix, mix well. Add more milk if necessary. Drop spoonfuls on pre-oiled baking tray. Bake at 220C for 25 to 30 minutes.
