1 packet 2 minute noodles
4 strips streaky bacon, diced
100g cherry tomotoes
1/2 green pepper
1/4 medium onion chopped
200g feta, any flavour
olive oil

Break the noodles into smaller bits before cooking. Cook as per the instructions on the packet, but without using the flavourant. When ready, pour off water and put in salad bowl. Fry diced bacon in a clean saucepan, do not add any oil. When the bacon is ready, remove and add to salad bowl. Steam the onion until sweet in the same pan and add to bowl. Alternatively, put onion in a separate bowl and pour boiling water over it. Let it stand for a few minutes. Chop the green pepper into thin strips no longer than 2cm. Add to bowl. Halve the cherry tomotoes and add to bowl. Crumb the feta and add pepper to taste. No salt necessary. Sprinkle with olive oil and toss, making sure the oil covers all the pasta, otherwise the pasta will become sticky. Let it stand for a few hours, the flavours will mix and create a wonderful green and smokey flavour. - Karen
