Main Ingredient - Sagos

Ingredients
1 cup sagos(small)
1 kg tin fruit cocktail
1 litre fruit cocktail yoghurt
2 pkts jelly any flavour, but strawberry is the best
1 litre water
1 litre fresh milk
2 tbsp vinegar
1 cup sugar

Method
Soak sagos in water for 30 min, add vinegar and sugar and cook it while stirring continuously for 30 min. It will boil like a soft porridge. Add jelly and stir until the mixture changes to the colour of the jelly. Pour into a bowl which can hold about 4L and leave it until it is cold. Make sure the mixture is cold and then add milk and mix, add fruir cocktail and yoghurt and mix well. Put into the fridge for 4 hours then you can serve.
Serves 12 people.
