The Night of 100 Stars will be held at the on the evening of 2005 where an estimated R1.5 million is expected to be made for local charities.
Nine highly talented and experienced chefs have donated their time and produce for the cocktail party prior to the entertainment extravaganza. Their combined culinary wizardry is guaranteed to dazzle the senses of the 1200 guests attending the event.
A limited number of tickets to The Night of 100 Stars are still available through Computicket and are priced between R250 ? R350. Dress code is formal and 'bling bling'.

New helm of the world-renowned kitchens of the glamorous Mount Nelson Hotel, Stephen has held senior positions around the globe. These include Harrods and Sun City. He has also catered for celebrities such as Elton John and Sting and had the prized honour of being appointed Executive Chef for the Inauguration Luncheon of President Nelson Mandela at the Union Castle Buildings in 1994.
